From 14-18 September 2020, the Danish Cancer Society will host the first summer school of the WholEUGrain project.
Anyone interested in learning how to start up a public-private whole grain partnership is welcome to attend. Topics covered in the summer school sessions will include: 1) developing, managing, and sustaining a public-private partnership, 2) food-culture, monitoring markets, consumer knowledge, and attitudes toward whole grains, and 3) product development, reformulation, and quality of whole grain products.
