Another one of the Grains and Legumes Nutrition Council’s annual outreach campaigns is approaching.
Whole Grain Week, which will run from 15-21 June this year, emphasizes the nutrition benefits of whole grains, and encourages people to eat a wide variety of whole grains. They provide tips and ideas for swapping from refined to whole grains for improved health.
